Clear production timelines, freight options, quality standards, warranty coverage, and payment terms for custom fastener orders.
Lead Times
- Standard production: 15–25 working days from order confirmation and 30% deposit receipt, depending on quantity and customization.
- Sample lead time: 3–7 working days. Free samples up to M16 for verified business buyers; freight collect.
- Rush production: Available for repeat customers. Please contact your account manager for a quote.
Payment Terms
- New customers: 30% deposit by T/T on order confirmation, 70% balance against B/L copy before shipment.
- Returning customers: For customers with 3+ orders, terms are negotiable, including 50/50 T/T, L/C at sight, or net 30 with credit check.
- Sample orders: 100% prepaid by T/T, PayPal, or Western Union.
Shipping & Freight Terms
- Incoterms supported: EXW Wujiang, FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF major ports, and DDP available for EU / US / UK by negotiation.
- Sea freight: Standard for orders above 500 kg. Transit time is usually 20–35 days depending on destination.
- Air freight / express: DHL, FedEx, and UPS for samples and small orders under 100 kg. Transit time is usually 5–9 working days.
- Packaging: Default 25 kg cartons on fumigated wooden pallets, ISPM-15 compliant.
- Custom packaging: Available on request for OEM and distributor orders.
- Insurance: CIF orders are insured to 110% of invoice value via PICC.
Quality Standards & Documentation
All fasteners are produced according to the ISO, DIN, or ANSI standards specified in the order. Material certificates, mill certificates, and dimensional inspection reports can be issued with every shipment on request.
Dimensional Tolerance
According to the relevant DIN / ISO standard, such as DIN 6912 or ISO 7380.
Mechanical Properties
According to the ordered property class, such as 10.9, 12.9, A2-70, or A4-80.
Sampling Standard
ISO 2859-1, AQL 1.0 for dimensional inspection and AQL 0.65 for mechanical inspection.
Returns & Quality Disputes
If the product does not meet the agreed specification, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide:
- Photos of the defect and packaging
- Lot or batch number from the carton label
- Third-party test report for dimensional or mechanical disputes
Verified defective lots will be replaced or refunded at our cost, including return freight. Returns for non-quality reasons are not accepted once production has started.
Warranty
DingLong Hardware warrants all fasteners to be free from material and workmanship defects for 12 months from the date of shipment, provided they are installed and used within the recommended torque and load parameters of the applicable DIN / ISO standard.
Warranty does not cover:
- Over-torquing beyond the specification
- Use in environments outside the material’s corrosion resistance rating
- Modification after delivery, including re-plating or re-machining
Confidentiality
Custom drawing files and OEM specifications are treated as confidential under standard NDA terms. We do not share customer drawings with third parties or use them for marketing without written permission.
